Pembroke visit the block every few weeks to check up whether there are any problems and whether repairs are necessary. They are vigilant keeping ahead of repairs and this reduces the maintenance cost to the block in the long term. They employ conscientious maintenance people to keep the premises clean and the garden looking good. This enhances the block for everyone.
