Linden Fields

Linden Fields is a mixed development containing houses and 3 blocks of apartments.

The Directors of the Resident Management Company invited several managing agents to tender for the management. Pembroke was recommended by a leaseholder at Linden Fields who owns an apartment in another development we manage.  We were appointed in 2019 following the submission of our proposal and a presentation to the board.  The board valued Pembroke’s level of experience and technical knowledge for the management of their property.

Linden Fields has the following assets and services which need maintenance and management:

• 2 passenger lifts serving the apartments
• Fire alarm, automatic opening vents and emergency lighting
• A large area of gardens and lawns
• Roller doors into the Undercroft car parks

A selection of projects carried out:

• Upon appointment, tree works required to some of the large oak trees on the estate. Arborists was appointed to carry out a tree survey and put in place a 5 year maintenance plan.
• 2 large balconies on the ground floor had decking replaced because the old wooden decking had reached the end of its life.
• In 2021, a survey of the fire doors was carried out to comply with the new Fire Safety Act. Remedial repairs where conducted. Pembroke carry out fire door surveys at all our managed properties.
