  • Cleaning – the cleaners will vacuum the communal areas once a week. Bin stores will be cleaned once a week.
  • Grounds/Gardening – The gardeners attend every two weeks and will also be responsible for keeping the car parks and other hard surfaces tidy.
  • Out of Hours Emergency Line: In the event of an emergency please call the office on 0345 600 5672. The number will be answered by a property manager with details for your estate.
  • Bulky Waste: Residents are responsible for the disposal of their own bulky waste. Please do not leave any bulky waste in the bin store.
