- Cleaning and gardening. – the contractors attend site weekly to vacuum the communal areas and clean the Bin stores. They will also be responsible for the gardens, litter picking keeping the car parks and other hard surfaces tidy.
- General Maintenance. – The same contractors carry out general maintenance on their visits. This includes light bulb changing, adjusting doors and carrying out minor repairs. If there is a repair then please feel free to approach the contractor. They can check if it is a communal area repair and attend to it.
- Out of Hours Emergency Line: In the event of an emergency please call the office on 0345 600 5672. The number will be answered by a property manager with details for your estate.
- Bulky Waste: Residents are responsible for the disposal of their own bulky waste. Please do not leave any bulky waste in the bin store.
