As a Property Owner, where your lease stipulates that Consent to Underlet must be obtained, you must complete this online form. Please note the application fee is £100 + VAT, and this will be charged to your Service Charge account. Please be aware consent is not granted until you receive a Formal Letter of Licence from Pembroke Property Management, and if you underlet without consent, you will be in breach of your lease. We will also be able to advise of any further requirements to underlet under the terms of your lease.
