Register a Underlease

If you rent your property, your lease/deeds will usually require you to notify Pembroke with the details. This includes providing us with the contact details for the occupiers (in case of emergency), a copy of the completed underlease, and payment of our registration fee. Your lease/deeds will usually stipulate that this should be done within 28 days of completion of the underlease. Please complete and submit the Notification Form on this page. Our current fee for dealing with the registration of an underlease is £100 + VAT, which will be applied to your service charge account.
