The Coachworks

The Coachworks is in the heart of Ticehurst and within walking distance to a popular pub called The Bell. The property is an over 55 age restricted development and includes concierge and housekeeping staff.

We were appointed by the developer in 2018. The property includes a Residents Lounge for meeting and socialising and a Yoga Room where residents can join the Ticehurst community attending yoga sessions.

The Coachworks has the following assets and services which need maintenance and management:

• Passenger lift
• Fire alarm, automatic opening vents and emergency lighting
• Resident care call system in each apartment
• Automatic opening doors into the lobby areas
• A courtyard garden with a fishpond

The 4 onsite staff are supported and managed by Pembroke and provided with regular training updates.

Service Charges and Schedules

There is only one schedule in the budget which makes the service charge calculations relatively straight forward. According to the leases, service charge requests for payment are raised only once per year.
