Regulatory Compliance:
The installation must comply with all relevant building regulations and safety standards. Any work must be carried out by a qualified professional with appropriate certifications.
Installation Costs and Maintenance:
I am fully responsible for all costs associated with the installation, including any necessary modifications to the building structure and ongoing maintenance of the unit.
Insurance and Liability:
I will maintain adequate insurance coverage for potential damages or claims arising from the installation and operation of the air conditioning unit.
Noise and Environmental Considerations:
I will ensure that the installation does not create excessive noise or disturb other residents. The external unit must be positioned to minimise noise disruption and comply with any relevant noise regulations.
Access for Inspection:
I agree to provide reasonable access to the Landlord/Managing Agent for inspections during and after the installation.
Restoration Obligation:
I agree to restore any affected areas of the building to their original condition upon my departure or if requested by the Landlord/Managing Agent.
Revocation of Consent:
I understand that the Landlord/Managing Agent reserves the right to revoke this consent if I do not adhere to the conditions outlined in this application.
Administration Fee:
