Consent to underlet

Consent to underlet

As a Property Owner, where your lease stipulates that Consent to Underlet must be obtained, you must complete this online form. Please note there is an application fee, and this will be charged to your Service Charge account. Please be aware consent is not granted until you receive a Formal Letter of Licence from Pembroke Property Management, and if you underlet without consent, you will be in breach of your lease. We will also be able to advise of any further requirements to underlet under the terms of your lease.

Please fill out and submit the form below

It is recommended to have landlord contents insurance and to consider insurance that covers the excess in cases where damage to another property occurs due to an issue in your own. For instance, if a leak from your flat affects a neighbouring flat. Building excess can vary from £500 to several thousand pounds, depending on the number of claims made on the policy. Ask the property manager for the current excess.
