Acknowledgements and Responsibilities

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions for the installation and use of an EV charger in the communal areas:

1. Approval of Plans:
   I understand that detailed plans, including electrical schematics, cable routing, and any proposed structural adjustments, must be submitted to the property management for approval before installation.
2. Installation Costs:
   I accept full responsibility for all costs associated with the installation, including equipment, electrical upgrades (if needed), and contractor fees.
3. Maintenance:
   I agree to be responsible for all ongoing maintenance and repairs of the EV charger. I will ensure it remains in safe working order, including regular inspections and prompt repairs as needed.
4. Liability and Insurance:
   I understand that I am liable for any injury or damage resulting from the installation or operation of the EV charger. I will maintain adequate insurance coverage for any potential liabilities.
5. Common Area Use:
   I understand that the EV charger is installed in a communal area and must not obstruct or restrict access to other residents’ spaces. I agree to use the assigned space responsibly and will not infringe on other residents’ access or safety.
6. Reinstatement of Area:
   Upon termination of my residency or as required by property management, I agree to remove the EV charger and restore the installation site to its original condition at my own expense.
7. Revocation of Approval:
   I understand that property management may revoke permission for the EV charger if I fail to comply with any terms of this agreement, and I agree to promptly comply with any request for its removal.
8. Administration Fee:
   I understand there is an administration fee to pay, and it will be added to my service charge account. (Request cost from Pembroke)
