    Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

    By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions for keeping a cat in my flat:

    1. Cleanliness and Hygiene

      I will ensure that my cat’s litter and waste are disposed of regularly and responsibly. I understand that odours from my cat must be contained within my flat and must not impact any communal areas.

    2. Noise and Behaviour

      I will ensure that my cat does not create excessive noise or disturbances for other residents.

    3. Damage

      I accept responsibility for any damage caused by my cat to property or furnishings within the flat or common areas. I agree to cover any associated costs for repairs or cleaning as required.

    4. Use of Common Areas

      I will ensure my cat remains within my flat and is only transported through communal areas in a secure carrier.

    5. Compliance with Policies

      I understand that this approval may be withdrawn if I do not adhere to the terms set by the building management or if my cat causes repeated disturbances.

      Administration Costs

      I understand there is an administration cost and it will be added to the property owners service charge account. (contact Pembroke for cost)
