    2. I understand that the unit must comply with fire, safety, and building regulations as specified by the property management.
    3. I accept that I may need to adjust or remove the unit if requested by management for any safety, regulatory, or operational reason.
    4. I agree to keep the storage unit and my car park space tidy and will maintain the unit in good condition.
    5. I agree not to store flammable or hazardous materials.
    6. I agree not to store items on top of the storage unit.
    7. I understand there is an administration charge for processing this application and it will be added to the property owners service charge account. (Contact Pembroke for cost)
