Window Alterations
The new windows must match the design and appearance of other windows within the building to maintain a consistent aesthetic. The colour, finish, and overall design must be in keeping with the style of the other flat windows in the block. We recommend consulting with the property management team to ensure uniformity.
Internal Alterations
Certain internal alterations may require approval from the Landlord or Managing Agent and may also necessitate obtaining a Licence to Alter. Please note that the cost of a Licence to Alter is separate from the cost of this application. We advise consulting the property management team for guidance.
- Fitting by Qualified Contractor
  The alterations must be carried out by a competent contractor who is appropriately qualified and insured. The contractor should provide evidence of their qualifications. The alterations must be carried out in accordance with all relevant building codes, fire safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
