As a Property Owner, where your lease stipulates that consent is required to keep a pet on the premises, please complete the online form. Please note, the application fee will be charged to your Service Charge account. Please be aware, consent is not granted until you receive a Formal Letter Licence from Pembroke Property Management and if you keep a pet on the premises without consent, you will be in breach of your lease.

    Property Owner/Tenant Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

    By signing this form, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following conditions for keeping a dog in my flat:

    1. Cleanliness and Hygiene:

      I will ensure my dog’s waste is disposed of regularly and in designated areas, keeping my flat and communal areas clean and odour-free.

    2. Noise and Behaviour:

      I will ensure that my dog does not cause excessive noise or disturbances to neighbouring residents. I understand that repeated complaints regarding noise or behaviour may lead to revocation of permission to keep the dog.

    3. Damage:

      I accept responsibility for any damage caused by my dog to property or furnishings within the flat or communal areas. I agree to cover all repair or cleaning costs related to damage caused by my dog.

    4. Use of Common Areas:

      My dog will be kept within my flat and will only pass through communal areas on a lead. I will ensure my dog remains under my control at all times in shared spaces.

    5. Not Leaving Dog Unattended:

      I will not leave my dog alone in the flat for extended periods, to prevent distress and potential disturbances.

    6. Insurance and Liability:

      Third Party Liability This covers your legal responsibility if your dog injures another person or damages another person's property.

    7. Compliance with Policies:

      I understand that failure to adhere to these terms may result in withdrawal of permission to keep the dog.
